For powder packing, we use auger filling. Each lane has a servo motor to control the auger. That ensures the fantastic filling and precise weight accuracy. For Sealing part we use side seal to avoid the sealing bar directly touch the filling tube to affect the product properties. In this way, it decreases the temperature on filing tube. It is our patented technology. Other factory is still old way - direct seal. It is not good for the packing product, especially for powder like probiotic powder.

We use front and back sealing mould, it’s easy to put and align. Other factory use left and right, it’s not easy to align, stagger will happen.
On all of our shaped bag machines, we have two easy tear notches. One is on the side, the other is at the back sealing. It helps tear the bag easily. You couldn’t find it from other factories on the market in China since it is our patented technology (patent certification No. ZL201620959150.X). the single easy on side from other factories exist in name only actually, not functional.
There is another function of the vertical sealing part. When machine stops, the vertical sealing bar will lift automatically to keep away from the filling tube to avoid heating temperature rising all the time even we don’t use machine.
We use front and back sealing mould, it’s easy to put and align. Other factory use left and right, it’s not easy to align, stagger will happen. As you can see, we mark numbers on every mechanical part. If you need spare parts, just let us know the number, we will provide without any mistakes. We are very strict and normal on multilane machine.
There are three cooling system above and down to keep horizontal and vertical sealing cool and keep sealing flat and neat.

Horizontal sealing is controlled by two cylinders to keep rigid balance. Two aligning teeth construction ensures the horizontal sealing part strong and it’s a double guarantee.
Machine uses Panasonic servo motors to control the feeding and film pulling. There is only one servo motor inside machine, not any transmission part like gears or chains. Very clean and no need other adjustment inside machine. All the adjustment can be finished in screen or only turn the screws in the front of machine.
Firm and strong film feeding system ensures film moving and pulling smoothly. And each brackets is easily moveable. Also the whole film frame is able to move as a whole motion. Automatic film correction system will detect and adjust the whole film frame left and right to keep the artwork complete and in the center and no misalignment for back sealing for each line of the bags.
here is a ruler on air swelling shaft, you can put the film roll as the scale on ruler accordingly. There is special part to fix the film when it is finished. You can easily cut the film on it and change a new roll and paste with old roll. Then run machine, it will not be affected. No need to adjust again due to the new roll.

The film changing system makes film changing more easier. Cut the film as the groove, paste the tape with new film. The tension for whole paper and film roll can be controlled by the four buttons.
Another patent of ours is the damping control system. It is to keep the film flat and move straightly. (patent certification No. ZL201620960275.4)
The operation of the machine is controlled via a computerized operator interface of touch screen. Parameters are set through this interface. Bag length, speed, temperature control, cutting position, all the adjustment can be automatically controlled. Touch screen is connected with PLC. PLC is programmer for storing many system data. Touch screen can offer many languages, English, Russia, Spanish and Portuguese...etc. All electronic parts are imported brand, Panasonic PLC, Weinview touch screen, SMC solenoid valve, etc.

European style interface shows intuitively and each button can be controlled in the manual screen.

We use Omron temperature module to control and detect temperature. One module is able to control 4-5 heating parts. So it’s very accurate and neat on the control board, and save ware parts for temperature meters.

Machine is driven by servo motors for all the movement.

For the outer envelops packing, any kinds of heat seal packing materials like PET/PE, PET/Plated AL/PE, AL, PET/Paper/PE, PET/Nylon etc are suitable for this machine.

One machine, two uses. (OPTION) One machine can be equipped with two filling systems for two different characters of powder by changing the auger and filling tubes only. One is good free-flowing powder like 3 in 1 coffee, sweetener, probiotics powder, etc. The other is for non free flowing powder like pharmaceutical powder, herb powder, etc. No necessary for buying two machines, save money for customer and same accuracy for both and. Changing whole set only costs two hours more or less.
