Brief Introduction of the Double Lane Nespresso® Coffee Capsules Filling Sealing Machine
This double lanes coffee capsules filling sealing machine is customized for Novocapsule® type aluminum Nespresso coffee capsules with capacity of 6,000pcs/hour.

Details Descriptions

Automatic Vertical type capsules denester driven by servo motor to separate the capsules and drop it into the capsule molds one by one.

Photoelectric Sensor Detection, No Cup, No Filling, saving material;

Foreign Objects Dection sensor, if there's something on the mold conveyor, then machine will stop automatically.

Automatic single Chamber Double Heads Dosing system with Servo motor driving auger screw;
At the same time, there's mixing knife inside the 15L hopper with Nitrogen injection inside the hopper.
The 15L hopper is with transparent PMMA organic glass cover for convienent visual outlook of the powder level inside the hopper.
The auger screw can be exchanged and departed easily by quick-connection clamp.

With Double Lanes Powder Tamping Device to press and flat the powder inside the capsules.
Meanwhile, there's a vacuum suction force to clean the little bit powder on the capsules top edge.

Rolled Foil Film Cutting Sealing Station with servo motor unwinding the rolled film.
A Harden Knives to punch off the rolled film and form the round lid, meanwhile heat seal the lid onto the capsules.

Twice Heat Sealing Station to heat seal the lids on the capsules again, which is used to make sure the lids will be sealed on the
capsules more tightly, more flat, and more beautiful.
The heat sealing temperature can be adjusted on the touch screen.

With Optional Weight Checking and Rejection System, which is used to re-check each capsules' weight to make sure the finished
capsules are within the correct weight range.
If the capsule is underweight or overweight, then it will be blown rejected out into a small collection bin automatically.

With one meter exterior conveyor, which is used to installed the weight rejection on it.
Besides, if the customers want to add something on the conveyor, then it will be available.
